The total cost equals the daily rate × the number of calendar days between your event's start and end date. Meet2Be calculates this automatically when you create your event — no manual entry needed.
Credits are consumed when you send bulk announcement emails or SMS messages to all attendees. Transactional emails (registration confirmations, password resets, system notifications) are always free and never deducted from your credit pool.
No. Credits do not expire when your event ends — they remain in your account and can be used for any future event. Only the credits actually consumed during sending are deducted.
Studio covers the full academic and production workflow — abstract submissions, certificates, multi-hall screen management. Enterprise adds Registration & Payment (ticket sales), Simultaneous Translation (AI) and White-Label App on top of everything in Studio.
Studio and Enterprise plans place no cap on the number of participants who can join your event app. If you need more notification reach, you can purchase additional SMS/email credit top-ups at any time.
Yes. Each event is configured with its own time zone so the platform can host events anywhere in the world. All session times, scheduled notifications, email campaigns and SMS messages are processed relative to the event's time zone — ensuring announcements and reminders are dispatched at exactly the right moment, regardless of where the organizing team is located.
You can create your organizer account at any time — weeks or months before your event. There is no deadline and no rush. Set up your organization, explore the platform and prepare everything at your own pace. When you are ready to go live, purchase a plan for your event.
You purchase a plan per event — you can do this at any time before your event starts. Once purchased, you can use the platform immediately to prepare: build your program, add sessions, manage participants and configure everything in advance. The event app remains accessible after the event ends and your data is never deleted. Payment is processed once via your preferred method with no recurring charges.
Yes. One Meet2Be account lets you run as many events as you need — each with its own plan, participants and settings. All past events remain in your account so you can revisit analytics, download reports and reference historical data at any time. There is no limit on the number of events you can create.
