Terms of Service

Meet2Be is a brand and product of Pinet Bilişim A.Ş. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a technology company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Meet2Be provides a cloud-based event management platform that enables event organizers to create, manage, and analyze events, as well as engage participants through interactive tools including live Q&A, surveys, keypads, and more. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Meet2Be website located at meet2be.com and all related services (collectively, the "Service").

These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including organizers, administrators, and participants. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization or company, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms, in which case "you" refers to both you and that organization.

To access the Platform, you must register for an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your name, email address, and organization details. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is truthful and accurate, and that you have the full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.

You agree to notify Meet2Be immediately at legal@meet2be.com of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. Meet2Be shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your login credentials or from your failure to notify us of a security breach.

By completing the registration process and clicking "Create Account" or any equivalent confirmation action, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. This constitutes a legally binding electronic contract under Turkish Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and other applicable laws. Meet2Be offers various subscription plans with different features and pricing tiers. Full details of available plans and associated features are described on the Pricing page at meet2be.com/pricing. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize Meet2Be to charge the applicable fees to your designated payment method.

All subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selected billing cycle. Prices are quoted exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for all applicable taxes, levies, and duties.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and you will retain access to the Service until that date.

Meet2Be reserves the right to modify pricing with at least 30 days' advance written notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing. If you do not agree with the new pricing, you may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect and will retain full access until the end of your current billing period.

The Platform and all of its original content, features, design, and functionality — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and source code — are and will remain the exclusive intellectual property of Pinet Bilişim A.Ş. and its licensors. The Platform is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws of Turkey and international conventions.

You retain full ownership of any Content you submit to the Platform. By submitting Content, you grant Meet2Be a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, store, and process that Content solely for the purpose of providing, maintaining, and improving the Service.

You represent and warrant that you own or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for all Content you submit, and that such Content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other applicable law.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We are committed to protecting your personal data in full compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), applicable Turkish data protection laws (KVKK), and our internal data security practices.

For Subscribers who process personal data of their event participants through the Platform, Meet2Be acts as a data processor on behalf of the Subscriber (who acts as data controller). In such cases, the Data Processing Agreement (DPA) governs the lawful processing of that personal data. Please contact legal@meet2be.com to obtain a copy of the DPA.

Under KVKK (Law No. 6698) and GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data: (i) the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed; (ii) the right to request information about how your data is used; (iii) the right to access and receive a copy of your personal data; (iv) the right to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data; (v) the right to request deletion or destruction of your data; (vi) the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests; (vii) the right to data portability; and (viii) the right to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK Kurumu) of Turkey or a relevant supervisory authority in your country. We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, to provide the Service, and to comply with applicable legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations. Account data is generally retained for the duration of the active account and for a further period of 3 years after account deletion, unless a longer retention period is required by law. You may request deletion of your data at any time; such requests will be processed within 30 days, subject to applicable legal retention obligations.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. MEET2BE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, COMPLETELY SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MEET2BE AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM. IN NO EVENT SHALL MEET2BE'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE TOTAL FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

These Terms commence on the date you first access or use the Platform and remain in full force and effect until terminated by either party. You may terminate your account at any time by following the account deletion procedure available in your account settings or by contacting us at legal@meet2be.com.

Meet2Be may suspend or permanently terminate your account or access to the Platform at any time, with or without prior notice, if you violate any provision of these Terms, engage in fraudulent or illegal activity, fail to pay applicable fees, or if your continued use poses a risk or harm to the Platform, other users, or third parties.

Upon termination for any reason, your right to access and use the Platform ceases immediately. You may request an export of your data within 30 days of termination. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, indemnification, and limitation of liability — shall survive indefinitely.

Meet2Be reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. When we make material changes, we will provide at least 14 days' advance notice by sending an email to your registered email address and/or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform before the changes take effect and may terminate your account as described above.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. For users in the European Union or European Economic Area, mandatory consumer protection provisions of applicable EU law shall also apply and shall take precedence in the event of conflict.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ankara, Turkey.

Consumer Dispute Resolution: Individual consumers (non-commercial users) in Turkey may refer disputes to the Consumer Arbitration Committee (Tüketici Hakem Heyeti) for claims within the applicable monetary thresholds set by the Ministry of Trade, or to Consumer Courts (Tüketici Mahkemeleri) for higher-value claims. Users in the EU may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
