Delete your Meet2Be account
Use this page to request permanent deletion of your Meet2Be account operated by Pinet Bilişim A.Ş. Deletion is confirmed via email and completed after a 30-day grace period during which you can cancel the request at any time.

We will send a verification email. Click the link to confirm the deletion.

Your account is immediately disabled and scheduled for deletion after a 30-day grace period.

3 Data that will be deleted
The following information associated with your account will be permanently removed from our systems after the 30-day grace period:
- Profile data (name, email, phone, language, preferences).
- Authentication data (password hash, access tokens).
- Push notification tokens and registered devices.
- Active sessions and sign-in cookies.
- Uploaded avatar image file.
4 Data we must keep
For legal, security and product-integrity reasons, a minimal set of records is retained:
- Billing records and invoices — retained for 10 years under Turkish Tax Procedure Law.
- Security and audit logs — retained for up to 2 years.
- Aggregated, anonymized event statistics that cannot identify you.
5 Prefer to delete from inside the app?
If you still have access to the Meet2Be app on your device, you can delete your account without using this form:

Open the Meet2Be app and sign in.

Go to Profile → Danger Zone.

Tap "Delete my account" and confirm with your password.

If you cannot complete the process above, email us at privacy@meet2be.com and we will delete your data on your behalf within 30 calendar days.
